Refund Policy

All products in Category: “COMBO PACKS” are covered under AVADNAR Refund Policy.

1. If the customer is not completely satisfied, he/she can request for order cancellation within 30 days from the date of order placement and can ask for refund.
2. The request for refund will be accepted on receipt of a written application (with ID proof) or online request through your registered email ID submitted on Customer panel within the stipulated time period.
3. Please note that the cancellation/refund requests will only be entertained till 5:00 PM of the last day of stipulated time period of 30 days.
4. The company would deduct courier charges+ 18% GST from the total amount and refund the balance in account.
5. In order to get the refund processed, a customer is required to return all products enlisted in the Combo Pack. The products should be returned unopened, undamaged and in sealed condition.
6. In case any product enlisted in the Combo pack has been opened or used, it will result to cancellation of your request for refund. The Company will then dispatch your products back to your shipping address.
7. In order to get the refund processed, the customer needs to send the following documents:
Copy of self-attested identity proof (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Passport).
Duly signed handwritten application for refund.
A copy of your bank passbook or cancelled cheque.
8.The refund will be processed only in the bank account of the customer on whose name the order is being placed.
9.Once the Company receives all products and documents at its end, the same will be verified. Post verification, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Refund Policy Non-Combo Packs
All products in Non-Combo Packs Category are covered under AVADNAR Refund Policy.
1. If the customer is not completely satisfied, he/she can request for order cancellation within 30 days from the date of order placement and can ask for refund.
2. The application for refund will be accepted on receipt of an online request submitted on Customer panel within the stipulated time period. The request should be accompanied with the submission of a handwritten application for refund and photo identity proof on the same request.
3. Please note that the cancellation/refund requests will only be entertained till 5:00 PM of the last day of stipulated time period of 30 days.
4. In case of non-consumable products AVADNAR deducts courier charges. In case of consumable products, AVADNAR deducts courier charges provided the product is not consumed more than 10%. In case of tampered packaging of the consumable product, no refund will be initiated.
5. When products have not been dispatched, the customer will get refund for the entire order amount.
6. In order to get the refund processed for non-consumable products, a customer is required to return all products unopened, undamaged and in sealed condition.
7. The refund will be processed only in the bank account of the customer on whose name the order is being placed.
8. Once the Company receives all products and documents at its end, the same will be verified. Post verification, the refund of the order amount will either be made in their e-wallet account or transferred to the customer’s bank account as per their request. The refund amount will be transferred to their bank account within 7 working days.
